Hi, I’m Edna, Registered Nurse Psychotherapist and founder of Balens Therapy.

With a decade of clinical experience, I support individuals navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, PPPD, and more. My work blends evidence-based psychotherapy with a holistic, trauma-informed lens - honouring the deep connection between mental and physical health.

My background as a nurse brings a unique understanding of how the body holds emotion, and how healing can happen on multiple levels. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready for a change, therapy with me is collaborative, culturally aware, and tailored to you.

Starting therapy can be a big (and brave) step. I’m here to make that step a little less intimidating.
